Recycled polyester staple fibers are made from polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle pieces, spinning waste fibers, bubble wrap, and pulp blocks. The waste bottle pieces are crushed and cleaned, and the mixture of various materials is dried, melted, extruded, spun, wound, bundled, stretched, curled (with different oils added during curling according to customer needs), relaxed, heat set, and cut to form polyester staple fibers of different lengths.
